Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States only. A flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders. Delivery times vary by carrier and location but are typically 3–7 business days after your order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Wholly Toledo Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@whollytoledojewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
